Flowtra is used by businesses to manage their own orders, jobs, purchases and accounts. This page explains what happens to the information you put into it.
Your business data
Customers, suppliers, products, orders, bills and the WhatsApp messages your extension reads belong to your business. We store them only to run the software for you. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.
WhatsApp messages
The Flowtra extension reads WhatsApp Web on computers where your staff have installed it and signed in. It only reads chats; it never types or sends messages. You can mark any chat as personal so it is never read.
AI
To understand messages, photos and voice notes, Flowtra sends them to the AI service (Anthropic Claude, and a speech-to-text service for voice notes) at the moment they are read. These services process the content to give the answer back; they are not used to advertise to you.
Backups and deletion
Your data is backed up every night. The company owner can download a full backup at any time. When you stop using Flowtra, ask us and we delete your company’s data.
Demo requests
When you fill in the demo form, we keep your name, number and message only to contact you about Flowtra.
