No. It only reads. Bills, reminders and follow-ups open WhatsApp with the message ready, and a person presses send. Automatic sending is possible later with the official WhatsApp Business API, if you want it.
No. Keep using your normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. The extension reads WhatsApp Web on one office computer that stays on.
The extension only reads what is on screen, like a person would. WhatsApp does not officially allow outside tools, so the risk is low but not zero. We will explain this clearly before you start.
Nothing is final until a person confirms it. When the AI is not sure, the message goes to an “AI not sure” list with the reason, such as an unknown product nickname. Teach it once and it understands next time.
AI is charged on what you use. For most small businesses it is a few hundred rupees a month. You see the cost inside the software and can set a monthly limit.
