One work list, sorted by when it is due
Late, today and tomorrow at the top. Each job shows the customer, what to make, size and quantity, who is doing it and its progress: New, In progress, Ready, Delivered.

What your team promised, remembered
When someone writes “design aaje sanje moklu chu”, Flowtra Task saves it as a promise with a time, and reminds that person before it is due. Overdue promises show on the owner’s screen.

“Haju sudhi design nathi aavyu?” Flowtra Task notices when a customer asks twice or sounds unhappy, and tells the owner before it becomes a phone call.
From finished work to the bill
Tick the delivered jobs of a customer, check the rate, quantity and discount, and create a draft invoice in Zoho Books. Rates come from that customer’s price list. Billed jobs are locked with the invoice number.
