Orders from WhatsApp, checked before you confirm
Dealer messages, photos of handwritten lists and voice notes become draft orders with the right products, even when they use nicknames. You see stock, what must be made, and the customer’s credit before confirming.

The bill is always allowed. The owner is told when it goes over the limit.
Every supplier bill checked
Photograph the bill. Flowtra Pro reads it, finds the open purchase order, and compares every rate with the PO, then the supplier’s promise from chat, then the last price you paid. Short, extra and missing items are flagged before the goods are accepted.

Suppliers held to what they said
Rates, quantities, technical details like moisture or mesh, delivery dates and payment terms told on WhatsApp are saved as promises, with the message as proof. When you agree an order in the chat, a draft PO is made for you. Late deliveries are followed up with ready messages, and each supplier gets a score.
Production across all your places
Several recipes per product, so you can compare cost. The production plan works out what to make from open orders and stock. Material issued to a centre or a home worker is tracked until it comes back, and wastage over the limit is flagged.
